Boil the pasta (al dente) in salted water with added 1 spoon of olive oil.To prepare the sauce beat 3 eggs with 200g of cream and add 1 tablespoon of nutmeg. Cut the smoked salmon in a 1 cm pieces. Previously cooked pasta mix with chopped salmon and sauce. Heat everything together and stir until sauce and pasta will be completely mixed.
Ready dish place on a plate, sprinkle with ground pepper. For decoration use fresh rosemary.
