Boil the pasta (al dente) in salted water with added 1 spoon of olive oil. In a hot pan add the chopped garlic and dried chilli. Season with a sea salt. Fry for 1 minute. Add 1,5 cup of dry white wine and boil for 8-10 minutes. During this time the wine will reduce gently and create a delicate sauce. Ready sauce mix with previously cooked pasta. Season with black pepper. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. For decoration add the cherry tomatoes and fresh basil leaves.
